PTAB Mock Hearing, as part of the 10 Year Celebration of the Western Regional Outreach Office of the USPTO

PTAB judges will hear arguments presented by law students in a mock America Invents Act proceeding. The PTAB Bar Association is pleased to provide volunteer senior PTAB litigators to coach the students.
Attendees at the Thought Leader Summit in San Jose, California are encouraged to attend the 10th Anniversary of the USPTO’s Western Regional Outreach Office on October 8 and 9, 2025. This free, two-day commemoration will highlight a decade of supporting inventors, entrepreneurs, and creators across the western United States.
