She focuses on patent disputes and has a BS and MS in Chemistry. Alyssa previously clerked for Judges Leonard Stark and Todd Hughes at the Federal Circuit. \n\nTiffany Weston is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation group at Latham & Watkins LLP in the Washington, DC office. Prior to joining Latham, Tiffany was a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, examining patents in medical diagnostics technology.
