She primarily works on intellectual property and technology disputes and was a software engineer before she started law school. Khanh previously clerked for Judge Kara Stoll at the Federal Circuit and Judge Robert Schroeder III in the Eastern District of Texas. \n\nAlyssa Ertel is an associate at Groombridge, Wu, Baughman & Stone LLP in the Washington, DC office. She focuses on patent disputes and has a BS and MS in Chemistry. Alyssa previously clerked for Judges Leonard Stark and Todd Hughes at the Federal Circuit.  \n\nTiffany Weston is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation group at Latham & Watkins LLP in the Washington, DC office. Prior to joining Latham, Tiffany was a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, examining patents in medical diagnostics technology.
